First, you’ll need to have the free VLC Media Player installed on your computer.

Step 2: Make sure Network is selected in the Open Media window.
Then enter your M3U URL and click Play.

You would see a video playing if you’ve entered a valid M3U URL.

Upon hitting the Play button your playlist will be loaded.

Once you have an M3U playlist, you would want to see what other shows you can watch. In other words, you would want to know the contents of the playlist.
You can view the contents of your playlist by pressing CTRL + L keys.
