The Steps

You add the URL of video sharing sites or upload your file from disk.

You then select the desired output format.

You enter the email where you wish the converted file to be sent.
 

 

Converted files sent to your email must be downloaded within 24 hours. Otherwise they'll be deleted.

5. How many times can I download my converted file?

4. Why do I need to give you my email address? Is it safe?

We take our customers' privacy seriously, and your email address will be kept confidential. We ask for your email address so that, if your video conversions will take a while, or our server is busy, we can email you the links to download the conversions when they are done. That way, you can get on with other things on your computer - or even turn it off - and don't need to wait for your files to be converted. This is particularly useful if you have a slow connection, or if you want to convert a video that's on someone else’s computer.
