Magix Video Editing Course Placing Start and End Markers The Start & End Markers are the two red vertical lines facing each other on a clip. They help you choose a range in the video/audio clip to work with especially when saving a portion of a video or audio. Here's how you place the markers.
Left click on the clip to place the start marker. Then right click at the point where you would want to place the end marker. You can view the placing of the markers more clearly in the timeline mode. Press the TAB key to switch between storyboard and timeline modes.
After that, you can drag the markers and place them on the points you desire with the help of the video preview window.
